Hi
You have an old display driver for an unrecommended graphics card.
It’s an old system too.
A driver update might get you going.
Here’s the latest driver from May:

Any luck?

Please consider replacing you computer with one that meets Rhino V6’s System Requirements.

Thanks

@John_Brock Hi JB, (curious) what is this version?

That means it’s a timed, 90-day eval license.

Updating your graphics driver via Windows is generally not a good idea.
Maybe try ‘manually’ downloading and installing the latest Intel driver for your card from here?

thanks.

when i uninstall this  my rhino worked.

Ah, so you have a Radeon card in addition to the Intel on board graphics. I would go to the AMD downloads site and get the latest driver for that and install. Looks like here:

Hi there, I have just downloaded Rhino 6 from an educational license lab, but it only opens in Safe Mode. When I openedGL from the Tools menu, this is what comes out:

Appearance Settings
Antialising: - no options -
Tick on GPU Tessellation

Video Hardware & Driver Information
Video information not collected in safe mode.

Please help me, I am not sure what to do. Thanks.

Hello - please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

Yeah, in safe mode that is not so useful - can you open Device Manager in Windows and get an image of the GPU driver details?

-Pascal

Pascal probably meant “Device Manager”. Did auto-correct strike again?
