Rhino 6 not responding

When I start my rhino and I try to click to look around, the rhino freezes and doesn’t respond. Some days rhino 6 has this problem but other days it works fine. In safe mode, everything works fine but I need it to work in regular rhino to get the different viewports. If anyone knows how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

I just updated my graphics driver, the new date for it is 8-6-2020

That will probably work better, but the bottom line is you are running Rhino on a computer that does not meet Rhino’s System Requirements.
The old Intel 4000 is the oldest, marginally supported graphics card we try to support, but it is old and inadequate.
The best description I’ve heard for it is it is “potato”.
