…So I attempt to add a license and get this response:
‘The license RH60-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX is in use in the Cloud Zoo. Remove the license from the Cloud Zoo before using it here.’
Only factors I can think of are:
-I’m in a foreign country
-I’ve changed my default web browser (firefox)
-I have no cell service, so am unable to sign in with different google accounts (2-factor identification)
Is this something that I’m doing wrong? It seems each time this has come up I’m powerless, and rhino is a brick on my computer
The only time I’ve seen this happen is when the user created multiple rhino accounts, has added their license key to one account, and is logging into the other.
That is the case here.
It appears you added both of your email addresses to the Rhino account that does not have your license in it.
Logout, log into your other account, and use it.
Add your other email address to the account with the license, or remove the license from it and add it to the account you want to log into.
The Rhino Web page has a new top row link labeled “my account” you can use to easily get into your accounts and get yourself sorted out.
