Rhino 3D model in corrupted file - Material Surface & Texture Issue

Hello all, I built a 3D site context model from an imported CAD 2D file. However, the built surface appears unusual in shaded mode (shiny and metallic) since the beginning without any texture/ material applied to it (Image 01 & Image 02). In Rhino render mode it looks like this (image 03). But as I imported the model into render engines like Enscape or Lumion, it became completely unreadable (image 04, 05)

I suspect it is the problem with the rhino file itself because as I imported a new 3D model from another file that is working well in render engines into this file, the new 3D model became corrupted as well. I tried all the methods I could - exporting the 3D site context model into a new file, exporting into obj without any textures, deleted all the material textures (as it seems like there is already some metal texture embedded in the initial 2D file exported into Rhino), overriding/applying new materials - non of these work.

I can’t remodel the whole site model because it is too time-consuming and my time spent into this workflow would be completely wasted. I am hoping if there is anyone that had encountered similar problems could help me in resolving this. . Thank you very much and appreciate your help!

Your building position is literally half a world (thousands of kilometres) away from origin. Given the decimals are seemingly not present, it may even be in space. Look where your cursor is telling you the model is located. This will cause all sorts of rendering issues.

Move your model closer to (X,Y) origin, and see what happens.
