Corrupted file making every kind of surface not watertight

Hello, I have a problem with a Rh7 file that exports all surfaces incorrectly.
I am working on a piece of land with the reference of a 3D mapping mesh made from aerial photographs, for scale 3D printing.
The problem is that when I export the file in mesh formats (OBJ or STL) it is not tight and all the surface details are flattened like a staircase.
I took a lot of different approaches to fix it, mesh repair options, subd options. I also modeled the terrain from contours in RH7 and GH, and modeled it from scratch with subd but the problem remains.

I also noticed that the display in this file is strange, and even a 3-point flat surface looks like a triangular textured mesh.

I attached some photos of the problem, because I don’t know what is going on, maybe it’s a problem related to the original drone file or scaling.

I really need to fix this problem, thanks in advance!

You seem to be far from the origin.

As Martin suggested, the fix is to move your objects from where they are to the origin in Rhino, then export.

Computers have a limited amount of precision that they can handle, and when objects get very far from the origin, rounding errors cause problems like you’re seeing.

I see, that was the problem.
Thanks for the advice! I was really going crazy with my attempts of solution.
