Renders not loading fully

hi!
the issue is that my renders aren’t loading fully, once they get to ‘Building CPU light cache’ it just doesn’t load more

in the log area it comes up with a warning (image attached) ‘Installed driver version (501.09) is newer than the latest verified one (551.86).

I attached what it says in my rhino settings to do with hardware and driver info

please someone tell me how i can fix this

With what render engine is this?

with vray!

I changed the category so that the right people see this (v-ray).

What v-ray version are you using? 5?

Hi,

you can try downgrading the GPU driver to the recommended version: 551.86
