Renaming Named Positions and pressing delete

I like named positions, because it allows me to show different configuration of a layout.
But when trying to rename a name positions and deleting the characters where my cursor is, Rhino deletes my entire NamedPosition instead. Not the characters after my cursor.

Is this a bug?

That’s definitely a bug which version of rhino are you running?

I can confirm that this is a bug, I was able to reproduce the issue and definitely not the expected behavior.
