I’m trying to import a basic file created in autocad and am running into some issues. I’ve only drawn regular lines in the file and then saved the autocad file down to 2007. When I go to import rhino just says that there was an error importing. Is there something else that I need to do to the autocad file before exporting it?
i left it running for a while after i selected the file for importing before i clicked ok, but i dont believe this was the issue… it opens without any errors, not sure why you cant open it. i am using the latest wip maybe thats the reason.
having the same issue…
tried import w/ acad18, acad13 & acad2000 & Copy/Paste btwn programs & Open in Rhino & .dxf
(Rhino is up to date & Autocad LT for Mac is up to date via subscription)
I am having the same problem, what can I do?
I’m using Rhino 5 and AutoCad 2018. I’ve saved the AutoCad file in many different ways… I don’t understand it. Heeelp!
(How can I download the latest WIP to see if it works?)
