Problem with setting of the dimensions style in Rhinoceros 7

Problem with annotation style in Rhinoceros 7 (version 7 SR16) in windows 11 home
Cannot change length scale in dimensions style - program gets stuck - ctrl+alt+del is all that is left. Neither reinstalling nor running as administrator helped. The problem occurred after the Rhinoceros update (2022-04-12). Please do you know how to solve this problem? Thank you for your help.

Hi David - please run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here. Are you editing this per dimension in object Properties or in DocumentProperties > Annotation Styles?

Just type _SystemInfo as command in the command-line at the bottom of your screen. Remember to include the underscore, that way you can use the english name of the command.
