Divide to fit specified surface

You’d better understand about the “Trimmed Surface” first. If you trim a single untrimmed surface, “Trimmed surface” still remember it’s underlying original untrimmed surface. That’s the reason why you got the panels outside your trimming boundary when you are using Isotrim.There are numerous topics about that and it’s a good idea to search and study the base theory.

You’ll need to turn your trimmed surface into “Untrimmed Surface”. Every trimmed surface retains information about its underlying surface geometry. Evaluate surface

Your boundary surface is a “Trimmed Surface”. If you use Untrim, It will show you the underlying “Untrimmed Surface” boundary. It won’t disappear whatever you try to do… Just use Evalute Surface based on that untrimmed boundary. [Canvas at 13;40;40]
