When i try to make a structure for this surface the panel sistem go out… for all kind of lunch box. I guess the problem is that the surface is consider like a “trimmed surface” but is the only way to get a shape like that. Please help me

You’d better understand how to deal with “Trimmed Surface” and it’s boundary first.
You’d better understand about the “Trimmed Surface” first. If you trim a single untrimmed surface, “Trimmed surface” still remember it’s underlying original untrimmed surface.
That’s the reason why you got the panels outside your trimming boundary when you are using Isotrim.There are numerous topics about that and it’s a good idea to search and study the base theory.
Your boundary surface is a “Trimmed Surface”. If you use Untrim, It will show you the underlying “Untrimmed Surface” boundary.
It won’t disappear whatever you try to do… Just use Evalute Surface based on that untrimmed boundary.
