@will knows about the secure channel problem. It’s something specific to the Package Manager and Rhino 6, but I don’t know exactly the solution. Let’s wait for his response!
@art.jeremi do you have any third-party Rhino/Grasshopper plug-ins installed?
If you don’t have any Rhino plug-ins installed (which by the looks of your SystemInfo might be the case) please try restarting Rhino and run TestPackageManager before opening Grasshopper. Search for Weaverbird and install from there.
For some reason the version of the SSL/TLS protocol used by HTTP requests from within Rhino (including plug-ins) is being downgraded. Rhino itself will always use the latest protocol when making a request (i.e. to the Cloud Zoo) but in 6.35 (and 7.10) the package manager isn’t so smart.
