Failed to install the missing plug-in

I’m trying to install Weavebird on grasshopper, but for some reason it doesn’t connect to the servers.
Here’s a more detailed schematics:

just to be sure, the easiest way to do that is to run PackageManager and install it from there. I just verified that works here, is that the way you tried to install as well?

Thanks, i got it sorted out.

I also have the same problem, please tell me how you solved it

Hi sleh -

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the output here.
Are you getting an error message from the PackageManager?
-wim

I also have the same problem both installing weaverbird and opening package manager
