I am trying to create a pattern of a structure in which the vertices of each cell are connected to each other in a cell that has been reduced in size by scaling the voronoi. What should I do?

That red line is curve that I drew manually in rhino. I didn’t attach the gh file because it is a basic voronoi structure. How can I make an logic that can make this form?
