Perlin Noise / Rock / Procedural Pattern on wall


I have been trying to Achieve the pattern on wall as per reference image…

I tried using method used in this link below

But i am unable to achieve the desired result.

I also tried using Applying displacement method with noise files but still unhappy with the result.

can some one help me guide how can i achive such result ?

I wouldn’t use rhino for this task in my view blender geometry node is a way better option.
