not right now, numbering is done automatically. This way when generating a part list, all items will be in the list regardless of whether they are called out or not. This to prevent missing items in your part list.
What I can probably do is make a mechanism that allows you to make a preselection of block items first and make these appear in the part list, or some sort of flag you can set to a block item to keep it out of the part list. But I’m unsure why you would need to leave out parts from your part list in the first place, I don’t want to overcomplicate things.
