RhinoCommon layout details, dimensions and history

Hi there

With rhino python is it possible to add a dimension/annotation to a layout over a detail that is linked to the detail. So that when the detail moves the dimension moves too?

It works fine manually, and I can add a dim with code, i’m just not sure how to enable history
Would anyone have an example bit of code?
