Overheat issue

I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me with an issue Iam facing with my new laptop and Rhino. Whenever I run Rhino no matter what Iam doing, my computer seems to start heating up really quickly. This only happens with Rhino and with my new laptop.

My computer specs are ASUS 502 GL502VT DS71
16 GB RAM
Intel i7 6200
Nvidia 970M with 3 GB
Samsung 850 SSD

I have attached two photos showing the temperature jump while just running a 1 mb file.

akaik you are way under temperatures you should be concerned about. if it get’s up in the 80’s then i’d worry. just google “gpu average temp under load”.

I know it is still under a safe temperature but I just find it odd that this is happening on my new laptop and never happened to me before. I am not sure if it might be something that I have to adjust in rhino?
