I cannot open my Rhino 7. I received a code error 3 and a reference to visit the Nvidia site.
Per instructions I checked for driver update (no problem), Reviewed my settings on the Nvidia setup (Rhino was added as a program), and did a repair on Rhino.
I have the latest Windows 10 update.
My computer specs are attached. I have no games or other apps running.
Please advise what to do now.

Hi -
There’s clearly something going on with that GPU.
I would start with a clean install of the drivers with the instructions found here:
The only thing I can recommend trying here is to completely uninstall and delete the current video drivers using the Device Manager…and then re-install them…
Follow these steps…
Start the Device Manager
[DM-access]
Expand the device tree (Note: My images show 2 display adapters, yours will probably only show one, the Intel)…so just work with that one.
[DM]
Right-click on the Intel display device and select “Uninstall”
[UninstallDriver]
CHECK the option “Delete the driver softw…
Make sure to include step 4 of the uninstalling process!

Yeah, I hate doing the nuclear option but, I will try this tomorrow morning in the office and let you know how it goes.

OK, I reinstalled. Works again. I’ll see if it is stable as I use it over the next several days.
