We’ve known about this issue for a long time but was never out there in public enough to take priority. I don’t believe this has anything to do with the actual notifications but with the way that Rhino renders the notifications panel.

Same issue here. Also deleted notifications keep reappearing. I have 11 in total now. Unchecking the Notifications display option does not seem to help.
