Need advice to use Raster to Vector in Clayoo

Hi
I try tool Raster to Vector. I insert Clayoo logo but I click Preview button. Nothing happen.

when I click Abtract icon>Click Preview button. It work, however It give bad result.

Need advice to use this tool.
