Naked edge

i have this naked edge and days to fix it. but cant.
I made that round fillet and that caused the problem not closing all the edges.
how can i fix that?

The fillet is a tiny bit too large. Either use a smaller fillet or explode everything, trim the fillet and adjacent surface and join again

You must extend the planar surface at the area of the open edge!

1. Essentially you have a hole in your geometry that you have to close.
2. That is because of the intersecting part of fillet with the planar surface.
3. Build a tiny square surface as extension of your planar surface to intersect with the fillet.
4. Cut the problematic part of the fillet and the tiny surface with each other.
5. Join all together.
