Missing Layers on walls

Hi all,
I’m new in rhino and visualarq (started with VA3).
When I draw walls, in the example with just 3 layers, they usually join well and show all layers. Starting to introduce openings there are some layers disappearing.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Rhino 8 + VA 3.4
Thanks in advance.

Another situation with a missing layer in a wall with intersecting columns.
Is there a solution?

Hi @José
Thanks for reaching out!
I was able to reproduce the issue you mentioned with the wall layers disappearing when adding openings in VA 3.4 (Rhino 8). It definitely looks like something’s not working as it should.
We’ve reported this bug in our tracker so our development team can take a closer look.
We’ll let you know as soon as it’s been fixed.
By the way, I noticed in the file you sent that you’re using a Rhino template instead of a VisualARQ one.
This video might help you get started with the proper VisualARQ template:

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Melissa, thank you for your response.
Originally I’m working with VA template. When I separated the problem and tried to reproduce it in different situations, I imported it to amother template.
The detected problem grately limits the work I intend to do. I hope it will be fixed soon.
Thank you.

Hi @José1,
I’m glad to inform you these issues have been solved in VisualARQ 3.4.3 version, which is already available to download: VisualARQ 3 - Version 3.4.3 released

Great Melissa, thank you for letting me know and for development team.
I´ll try it next days!
