Mismatching of PostEffects and RenderView when using a fixed Named View for rendering

I experience a mismatching of the PostEffects and RenderView when using a fixed “Named View” for rendering. The PostEffects (curves + text) are rendered first based on the active view even when I have selected a fixed “Named View” as renderview (different from the current view). Rhino 7 SR9 2021-7-20.

Hello, I believe I got the bug report from our system today assigned to me:

RH-65358 Rhino Render overlapping Named Views

I think I have a fix, waiting for the local compile to complete so I can test.
