1.As Meshoutline works on both Mesh and Nurbs currently, So it should keep the same capability.
2. 3D location should be at the same place because it can avoid scaling process in Adobe illustrator.

I think it should work like what you post in the discussion. I think just add another “create object outline.”
It is the same idea you demonstrated.
