I saw this note pop up for the first time today.
Not sure if this is something new but I think it could help users mark their topics solved if this message was displayed most if not all times a users visits their own topics.

It is not new, and I think it is not enabled for all topics, but indeed it would be useful to mark topics solved when the option is available.
