Lines on the surface appears after I Cap the object

Before I cap the object, there are no lines on the surface after I cap the object, there are lines appearing on the object.

How to resolve this issue?

Hello- the initial object is an extrusion object - these do not show isocurves.

On capping it becomes a polysurface, and these do show isocurves on the faces. If you want to turn them off, you can do so in object Properties.
