URGENT: Disappearing text - Need solution asap!

Im in the middle of an urgent and time sensitive project for a client, and I keep having to restart rhino when my text/dimensions just randomly disappear. And sometimes they disappear for good, and restart does not restore them. I need a solution to this asap please. Thank you.
