Hi Alexander - - see if moving the slider in in Options > View > OpenGL page to the left a notch or two helps.

Pascal was fine on my computer, it was with friends on the old release of Rhino 7 SR 9 7.9.21222.15001, 2021-08-10
They updated Rhino and ticked the box like everything went))
