Rhino WIP Feature: New Layer Visibility Control (Obsolete)

Obsolete: New post on Layer Visibility Control in Rhino 8 WIP coming soon! Control layer visibility in Model views and Layout views separately. Independent Model View Control When viewing the model, in the Layers panel, click the icon for model visibility. This does not affect the visibility in any Layout/Details views.
