Lands Design - Ramps: Do not go that way - go this way!

This is about using Lands Design 6 and Rhino 8.

I have a line that I want to be a ramp. I want it to rise to about 10 feet or so and then go back down to the ground level.

I can get the ramp to work if the line is but one (1) line, but it only goes up and does not come down.

I cannot get it to work if I split the line into 2 lines. They go weird as shown in the image.

The line I am trying to use is the leftmost line. Using the Ramp in Lands Design results in the orange-ish things.

I have tried everything I can think of and was wondering if someone might be kind enough to point me in the right direction.

I thank anyone who can give me some help.

My impression is that you had the wrong CPlane when you created the ramp objects. You should create them on a Top CPlane. Have in mind than the created ramp object will rise in the direction of the CPlane normal. If you create the ramp on a Left or Front window, the ramp will rise along the X or Y axis rather than the Z axis as it should:

ramps and cplane

@albert Thank you for replying. That is good information to have.
