Lands Design 6.3 is available for download !
This update is mainly focused on improving the RhinoLands “First Run Experience” in Rhino 8 by overcoming the obstacles that prevented Lands from building the desired window layout on Rhino 8: some panels were not opened, the command line was docked on the wrong position, etc. New users will now get from the beginning the exact RhinoLands interface we designed. And existing users can restore it at any time by clicking on the “Reset Window Layout” button:
Please note that the update requires Rhino 8 SR18 or newer in order to install, since it uses new stuff available starting from Service Release 18.
The update also fixes issues related with some Windows versions, improves interoperability with recent TwinMotion versions, includes some new realistic plant files, and more.

RhinoLands interface
- Fixed default panels not opening or not docking as intended in Rhino 8

Windows
- Slight appearance improvements on Windows 11
- Fixed error that prevented Lands from loading on N versions of Windows 11/10
TwinMotion
- Very detailed plants can now be generated when user click on Synchronize button in recent TwinMotion versions
Plant library
- 17 new realistic plant files to replace old versions with significant improvements
Error Fixes
- Terrain path not properly modeled when model units were very small (for example millimeters)
- Animations not working when camera path was a polycurve
- Minor error fixes in Ramp object
