Install Flamingo nXt5 problem

Everything is correctly filled in (license checked with eLis) in but it won’t go further and gives the message “Can’t install Flamingo nXt5 for Rhinoceros 5”

I don’t see a reason why I get this message, please some help

Are you running V5 SR13?
If not, update your Rhino first.

Meanwhile, the problem is solved.

There was an incorrect version of Flamingo downloaded by the customer
