Everything is correctly filled in (license checked with eLis) in but it won’t go further and gives the message “Can’t install Flamingo nXt5 for Rhinoceros 5” [image] I don’t see a reason why I get this message, please some help

Are you running V5 SR13?
If not, update your Rhino first.
