Would be totally helpful, since it’s always repetitive process. Thanks! Hannes

@pascal The Man!! Thank a bunch. Lesson learned
Beware… If you have complex polysurfaces with many faces, MAF can lock up your computer for a long time - even to the point where you need to kill Rhino. That’s why I always run them separately. BU is a built-in alias for Boolean Union, I have set MF as an alias for MergeAllFaces. So normally I select the objects, type BU and enter, wait for it to finish and type MF and enter.

i use that same macro for BU except with ShrinkTrimmedSrf
added at the end… so it merges and shrinks the surfaces…
that said, what Mitch said is true… beware
at most, i’d use the macro on 100 solids though personally, i’m generally using it on 2 - 10 solids.
Yeah, last week I ran MAF on a polysurface with over 2000 faces without thinking and I had to kill Rhino after about a half hour…

Thanks @Helvetosaur for mentioning. Will consider the ShrinkSurfaces as well and maybe I set a separate Alias for it. to be always reminded of this! Many thanks to all contributing! H
