How to Prevent Rhino from auto-generating texture cache?

Whenever I try to embed a block or attach a file in Rhino,
the original textures from the embedded or attached file often get replaced by filenames like "rdk$0200-0200-1ECAA56E.tiff"
with the file path changed to something like:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\McNeel\Rhinoceros\V7\Texture$Cache$\rdk$0200-0200-1ECAA56E.tiff

However, I’ve confirmed that the texture images I used are still present and accessible from my NAS(folder path:Y:\MatiralArchive).
The original texture paths are valid and haven’t changed, so the images themselves are not missing or moved.

As a result, those texture mapping scales in my renderings become incorrect.
How can I stop Rhino from losing file path or auto-generating cached materials like this?

How do you determine that mapping scales are incorrect to this?

Perhaps share a 3dm with a single surface and a material that uses a texture image that shows this happening for you. If possible add screenshots of correct and incorrect results you are seeing.

Also please add the results of the Rhino command _SystemInfo.

On the right is a screenshot of the original file, on the left is a screenshot of the inserted file. As a result, the map size becomes wrong,the name and path of the texture are changed to the texture cache, The image file size has increased from 2mb to 23mb.

@cy.huang.archi does this still happen with all of your non-Rhino plug-ins disabled in a new file?

@johnc are you able to deduce what is going on here?

@cy.huang.archi

Would it be possible to get a 3dm file that repeats this problem? Even better would be exact steps to repeat the issue.

Thanks,

John
