I am trying to replicate Bosch IXO surface texture:
I planned to modle a stright handle→make the texture in GH→bend it in Rhino.
I tried Lunchbox.But I use revolve to generate my surface.So it didin’t work.
Recently I tried ShapeMap Plug-in.The result triangle flow is not same as reference.And triangles on the bottom part of the handle(white arrow)expend due to surface Curvature(Which the reference didn’t)
Does anyone know how to achieve this?Using Kangaroo? Or modelling the base surface in a different way? Make it a 4-edge suface?
