Answering support questions takes time and while we are trying our best to answer all of them, here are a few things you can do to make sure we can help you in the most efficient way.

Read David’s guidelines for the Grasshopper forum. Most of them apply to the ShapeDiver section as well. In particular, sending minimal versions of your Grasshopper files, as well as screenshots, is a major plus.

Start by searching the forum and looking for an answer in the documentation.

When it is relevant, post a link to the online model uploaded to ShapeDiver. No worries: if your model is private, only ShapeDiver admins will be able to access it.

If it is your first support request, please specify which ShapeDiver account you are using (link to your profile or just give us your ShapeDiver user name).

When one of your issues is resolved, think about flagging the answer as a solution (using the checkmark button under the message). If you solved the problem yourself, don’t hesitate to explain how you did it and to flag the answer.
