How can I add 2 positive or negative deviation tolerances?

I need to add a tolerance of +0.3/+0.2. I would like to do this properly using the tolerance deviation instead of the format I just used.

I cannot figure out how to make the lower value positive or the upper value negative.

…+0.3
END GOAL IS: Ø5.5 +0.2

The tolerancing tools don’t support that option.
I’ve been messing around with it and I’m not finding a reasonable way to fool it into displaying what you want.
