Hello, I’m new to Rhino and to 3D modeling in general. I downloaded Rhino 8 a few weeks ago and have been creating small models to get the hang of the program. Recently, I tried modeling an aircraft (the Pulqui II), but I realized I don’t really know what approach to take. I’d really appreciate some guidance on how to get started—especially on modeling the nose section (the one shown in the image) and the cockpit.
Head here first, it’s excellent. He even has some great approach to doing aerospace nose cones, using trimmed corners:
