I was trying to draw dimension lines for Revit Grids using RIR. I have noticed Add linear Dimension component does not consider Grid lines as a reference object. The only way I solved this issue, was by converting the grid lines into Detailed lines (using Add Detail Line Component). Do you have any idea why grids lines are not considered as reference objects?
Thanks @Japhy for your response. But with this solution we have another issue. As the dimension line is drawn with refrence to detail lines so when I hide the detail lines in my model it also hides the dimension lines.

Hi Zhexiong Chai, that is still an open issue.
Do we have plans to solve this in the near future? Most of the time you always want to tie the dimensions to a grid line.
