I’m attempting to utilize the transparent hatch gradient, but I’m unable to locate the function or button to enable transparency. Could someone please assist me or provide a screenshot of the window?

For transparency, one of the colors needs to be set to a transparent color. When you hover over the “stop locations”, you will see that you can use Shift + LMB to edit the color:
When the Select Color dialog pops up, move the opacity slider to 0

I was doing everything right but somehow I’ve never noticed the bar to adjust the transparency.
