Rhino for Windows shows items besides the viewport.

i did not try it but i saw that such an option would work as seen here quoting Jarek

There is a _Fullscreen command in Rhino, you can also use the _-Fullscreen version (with dash) to see more options of elements to keep visible.
As for the viewport titles, their visibility can be toggled in Options->Apperance->Show the following items:

What do you consider “anything” hanging around?

something like NewFloatingViewport does, with the capability to show the sidebars if needed, one can show the active toolbars which can suffice but sidebars dont work and even more important to use MaxViewport and also to see the 4View viewport plus having it completely fullscreen without any document bar would be great. i would love to work like that because i dont need any of the stuff showing because i have a command for each tool and toggle for most of the stuff.

something like a normal working viewport but which would hide all those parts away as described here also seen here below now.

nr5. for example could still be visible as transparent HUD as a suggestion… like the axis symbol on the left bottom of each viewport.
