This is my current project in Rhino. This was a kayak I help develop and bring to market 20 years ago. This boat made a huge impact in my paddling I am surprised it has taken me this long to remaster the shape in Rhino. The original was hand shaped so there were a lot of inconsistencies. However, this one is looking amazing so far, I can’t wait to surf this kayak again!
cool!! thanks for sharing!
if you are not able to learn one software how will you be able to learn a nother?
so you joined to brush off your frustration to let us all know all about it? you are not only wasting your own time then but also the time of those who come here looking for help and those who want to help.
if you have questions dedicated to real problems this is a very welcoming and helpful platform.
maybe post an example of where you had some trouble. maybe somebody can quickly turn around your frustration.
oki How did you make this canoe a reality?
How do you create a solid? I would appreciate it if you could help me. thnks
if you are a beginner it might make more sense to start slow. as i suggested, you could post an example where you had difficulties. other than that maybe the op is willing to make a short tutorial. tutorials are kind of time consuming, so dont take that the wrong way if some more effort from your side would be the more fair approach to all that
Hello, when I apply offsetsrf to this surface, it gets distorted.I close the bottom part and use shell. The 3D printer program constantly gives errors with solid.
pls post your file, a screenshot can only say so much about your project. other than that my first hunch is that some surfaces leading to a very pointy spot might be too small in that area to create a quick trick shell/offset. you would have to offset the surfaces manually and trim them off. but again without a file its just a lot of guessing.
Thank you very much for your interest, I could not understand how to cut the surfaces manually.I will try again.
