Exporting Rhino model with textures to Archicad

Is there a way to export a rhino model with textures as seen in the render to Archicad. At this point even selecting Textures when saving as does nothing as far as archicad goes, so my question is are there any ways to do this, how are the textures embedded in the file, any way I can export them to Archicad.

Typically textures do not transfer through CAD formats.
If you want the texture, you will likely need to use a mesh format like OBJ or FBX.

Perhaps there are other Archicad users here that can comment on how they would transfer a texture from Rhino to Archicad, or if it is even possible without using a mesh.
