Errors on Display in Rhino 8/VisualARQ3

Hello! I’m a beginner of VisualARQ.

I made a 3d model using visualarq3/rhino8, and encountered an error regarding displaymode.

I can’t see my model in ortho view such as left, right, or top view.
and as I spin the display window, the model suddenly disappears and appears.
I can’t upload the 3dmodel because it’s over 2mb

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi @Sooyeon check your clipping planes in the viewports where you don’t see anything. They are probably enabled and hiding the geometry. Or send us the file so we can better figure out what’s happening. You can use wetransfer if the file is big. You can also send it to visualarq@asuni.com if you prefer.

Thank you for your prompt feedback.
I changed the clippingplane setting but it didn’t change. I sent the 3d model to your email. can you please check it if possible?

Hi Sooyeon, got your file, thanks! I experience the same problem. There’s something weird in this file. I’ve forwarded it to the development team. I’ll get back to you when they figure out what’s happening.

Hi again,
This problem seems to be related with this Element:

The element is defined by a block which contains some curtain walls and four doors, although only two of them seem to be valid, because the other two have large sizes and they are completely invisible. If you explode the element and then the block, if you delete the two visible doors, and then run the command vaSelDoors, you’ll see this values in the properties panel:

I recommend you to redo this block from scratch, so there are only two doors in there, and assign the new block to that Element style.

Thank you so much for your advice!! now it works XD
