Dynamo Player for Grasshopper

Hi all,
I am wondering whether Grasshopper/Rhino has a way of creating a menu add-in like Dynamo Player for Revit, without having to code it. I think Dynamo player is a great way to curate scripts and deploy them across teams. It would be helpful to know if there is something similar readily available for Grasshopper/Rhino.

Although not quite the same thing, but for wrapping UI’s there are two options I can think of:

  1. Use the standard Remote Control Panel.
  2. Use the Human UI plugin.
