My screen gets blurry and doubled at least 20 times throughout the day. It was happening on my old computer and I thought it was because it was old, but I just got a new Legion and it’s still lagging like this. The only way to fix the problem is by resetting my viewports or closing and reopening Rhino (which is a waste of time. I haven’t been able to find anything similar to this issue to help me. I’m unsure as to how I can solve this
Run SystemInfo and post the results.

I haven’t seen this either. The system info looks OK. Are you using any screen scaling on the monitor? Can you take a screenshot of your Windows Display dialog?
Hi, it happens regardless of if I’m using a monitor or not and it’s happened to me with other laptops as well. I’m not sure what you mean by my display dialog?
Can you verify your app settings are correct per these instructions (it appears so, but worth a look)
Ok, Asking around i’ve been told this looks like ‘Stereo Mode’, which is hard to turn on accidently.
Rhino 7 needs have TestQuadBuffering run in the command line, then in the NVidia Control Panel app the option Enabled.
Does this ring any sort of bell?
is this option checked?
I’m not given the option to change the 3D display mode and I’m also unable to close Rhino at the moment to check the hybrid graphics option
This double up on the edge here wouldn’t happen in stereo mode.
Are these work machines? Do they have monitoring software running?
Are you doing this by running the 4View command?
Yes, I have a Dell monitor connected to the laptop, but it happens even when I’m not plugged into another monitor. And yes, I reset the screen by running the 4View Command.
Hi Marta -
When you restart Rhino or reset the views, I take it that the screen doesn’t turn out like that immediately? Can you see, or try to find, any pattern to what makes this behavior start? From your screenshot, the viewport appears to be offset 24 px to the left and 2 px to the top. Does that happen at once or a pixel at a time?

Hi Wim, the screens usually behave like that when I double-click my current viewports to change from one viewport to four, or when I try to change the display modes (by clicking the dropdown of my selected view).
