I have a dual screen setup. Lately when I open Rhino it displays across both screens. Before it only displayed on the primary screen. I have to shrink the window by dragging from one of the corners to get it small enough to fit on the primary screen. Then when I hit the maximize button it fills only the primary screen as it should. All of my other programs are behaving normally. Any thoughts?

I do not see any obvious or specific problems there.
If it were me, I would update the GPU drivers on the Intel and Nvidia cards. They are both a bit stale and could account for the problem.
When you run the Nvidia driver installer, click on the Advanced button and check the “Clean install” option.
Hopefully that will help.
I suspect some Windows update has made a change that now requires a driver update.

I updated what drivers I could and still have the problem although V8 WIP opens correctly! Curious.

At least it’s only mildly annoying and not show stopping.
As I get older, I find I have more and more of those mildly annoying situations to deal with.
It seems to have corrected itself. I close the program with the window on the main display not maximized. Then I restarted and things seemed to be fine. I was able to maximize the window, close and restart, and all was well. Fingers crossed.
Yeah if it just got closed that way once, then if you have multiple instances of rhino it’s easy to leave one open that that you didn’t fix and it just keeps doing it until you close them all, open one, fix it and close… Or it’s a weird windows glitch.
