Direct Shape to Solid 3D Dwg

Hello there, I am wondering is there a way I can change the direct shape output to 3D dwg solid instead SAT through Rhino.inside ? Thank you

You can do that already in the Revit Export settings, if i understand the question correctly.

Hi Japhy, I was trying to figure out a way to convert rhino geometries to native revit geometries (eg. generic model) that still allow me to push and pull the elements in the revit environment. After some testing, I realised that I could make it work by - making object blocks in Rhino > export 3D DWG > Import into Revit > explode the Imported 3D dwg. I also discovered that I could simply import the 3DM through Rhino.inside and it will do the same job and still maintain the layers through subcategories. Another trick I learnt was I could import the 3DM in a family > create in place model in the revit project environment > copy the imported 3DM from family to in-place family, which allow me to modify the generic model in the project environment, so I don’t need to go into the family to edit the profiles ( by default I don’t think I can import 3DM through Rhino.Inside into an in-place family). People probably knew these already, but this is really a game-changer for my workflow.!! Thank you for the reply lo !
